Amal Walks Across America

Little Amal, whose name means ‘hope’ in Arabic, is a 12 foot puppet of a refugee Syrian child who has traveled across 13 countries. Drawing attention to the huge numbers of children fleeing war, violence and persecution. We invite the community to come greet Amal during her visit here at the Gloria Coles Flint Public Library, Tuesday, September 26.

7:00 Walk with Little Amal

*Walk begins at the corner of Second St. & Crapo in front of the former Flint Central High School.
