Just an FYI and friendly reminder, our next sub-committee meeting is Thursday at 10:30 am at GHS (feel free to conference in 1-800-607-0840 x 3700). At our last meeting we stated that our next meeting would be October 6, however, we need a little more time to make sure our scripts, next steps, location confirmations, etc. are all set before we meet again (who wants to meet just to meet).
Our next regular meeting will be Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 10:30 am at Community Engagement Hub, 2316 M.L. King.
** Is anyone able to provide food as an in-kind contribution for the video team when we get to that point (pizza, sub sandwiches, beverages, healthy foods, etc.)? It will be for a 2 or 3 day period.
