Don’t Miss the Crim’s Search Inside Yourself (SIY) Leadership Training in November!
This popular leadership training is designed to support individuals in developing or deepening skills of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and compassionate leadership; while also building community with other Flint and Genesee County residents.
SIY Course Details:
This will be an in-person course and will be held 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Thursday, November 2 and Friday, November 3 at Louhelen Baha’i Center of Learning.
In this course, you will:
- Learn how to communicate effectively
- Improve decision-making skills
- Improve your self-awareness and emotional regulation
- Develop greater emotional intelligence
- Learn how to respond, rather than react
- Develop agile and adaptive mindsets
- Enhance focus and creativity
Scholarships:
The full cost of this course is $650. Generous scholarships are available through grant funding to support:
- $300 for Genesee County residents and those who work in Genesee County
- $150 for educators and non-profit employees who work in Genesee County
- 100% scholarship for City of Flint residents and City of Flint staff
