Important Community Events Update

Good Afternoon Everyone,

We wanted to reach out to ensure that you were aware of some important community meetings coming up in Flint.

  1. On June 28th at 5:30pm at the Flint Public Library, the Michigan Department of Transportation will be hosting the next community-wide meeting regarding the rebuild of I-475. Please see the attached flyer for more information. This meeting will be critical in receiving wider input on this massive, once-in-a-generation redesign of this expressway.
  2. The League of Women Voters is holding a host of voter education sessions at their Voter Outreach Center located at the Flint Development Center (4121 M L King Avenue in Flint). Please see the attached update regarding their many useful workshops.

We hope that you will attend one or several of these events, and thank you for being an engaged community member!
