The Land Bank is a government organization that manages tax-foreclosed properties in Genesee County. The Land Bank was created in 2004 to respond to the tax-foreclosure cycle in Genesee County. Our mission is to restore value to the community by acquiring, developing, and selling vacant and abandoned properties in cooperation with stakeholders who value responsible land ownership.
