Neighborhood organizations across Flint are engaged in improving their community and quality of life through public safety, blight elimination, public space maintenance, beautification, vacant space alternative uses, commercial and residential development. Rebuilding and maintaining a community is hard work. It is work that members of a community have to do to have a comfortable and desirable neighborhood. Civic engagement is integral to assuring that grassroots community groups are able to be fully engaged in our city and essential to the on-going implementation of the Master Plan. Neighborhood Engagement Hub empowers communities to shape and grow their future.
