Cancellation of Public Input Sessions and Notice of Public Hearing

CANCELLATION OF PUBLIC INPUT SESSIONS AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONFERENCE CALL

Due to Coronavirus concerns, the Genesee County Metropolitan Planning Commission is cancelling the three public input sessions for the proposed “Genesee: Our County, Our Future” plan and corresponding Transportation Air Quality Conformity Determination that were scheduled for March 24, 26, and 27, 2020. The Public Hearing scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, 2020, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. will no longer be held in the Willard P. Harris Auditorium as it has been changed to a conference call format. To participate in the public hearing conference call, please call 1-712-770-5328, and when prompted, enter Access Code 128646#.

The draft “Genesee: Our County, Our Future” plan and supporting materials are available for review on the www.ourfuturegenesee.org website. The public can view and make comments on the plan 24/7 through the plan website and social media, and staff is available during normal office hours to receive comments and answer questions in person, by email, fax or phone.
