The Genesee County Metropolitan Alliance meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 18th, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. in the Human Resources (HR) Training Room (G51) on the ground floor/basement of the Genesee County Administration Building. This public meeting is an opportunity for you to review and comment on the following item: a proposed amendment to the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP lists federally funded transportation projects eligible for funding under Title 23 as amended, or Federal Transit Act funds. These projects will be reviewed for Air Quality Conformity and Environmental Justice requirements. This opportunity for the public to review and comment on the amendment complies with the intent of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA). This public notice of public involvement activities and time established for public review and comment on the TIP is being used to satisfy the public input requirements of the Section 5307 transit Program of Projects.
