Hello again everyone,
Following up on our previous email, there have been a couple of date changes in regards to the upcoming Medical Marijuana Facilities Licensing Act (MMFLA) draft ordinance discussion.
This item will not be on the agenda during the upcoming legislative committee meeting scheduled for this Wednesday, March 7th.
There will be a special presentation from a representative of the Michigan Municipal League at the Council meeting on Monday, March 12th. This meeting begins at 5:30pm and will be held on the 3rd Floor of Flint City Hall (Council Chambers).
The draft MMFLA ordinance will be formally introduced at the legislative committee meeting scheduled for the 3rd week of March (week of March 19th). Once a date is finalized, we will send an email reminder.
Attached to this email is a copy of a presentation given to Council at their meeting on February 28th, as well as the draft ordinance.
