Flint, MI, March 29, 2024 – New Century Chorale will be presenting a “30 Year Anniversary Celebration.” The concert will be Sunday May 5 at 4 PM at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Flint located at 711 S. Saginaw. The music will include many favorite songs from past concerts and a newly commissioned composition by Dr. Andrea Ramsey entitled A Word for Our Times. This composition celebrates the 30th anniversary of the chorale. Using single words it describes the world today and a look ahead to a hopeful future. Dr. Ramsey enjoys an international presence as a composer, conductor, scholar and music educator. Join Artistic Director Steven Holovach and plan to enjoy some great music.
