Today would be a good day to remind citizens of Flint that while clearing your driveways and sidewalks of yesterday and last night’s snowfall that it is illegal to deposit the snow you have removed on the sidewalk between the parkway and your property and in the street.
42-47.1 DEPOSITING SNOW, ICE OR SLUSH ON SIDEWALK OR RIGHT-OF-WAY.
It shall be unlawful for any person engaged in snow removal activity to deposit snow, ice or slush on any City sidewalk or in the right-of-way.
