Engaged citizens can positively influence the social, environmental, and economic factors in our community. That is part of the UM-Flint’s mission.
University Outreach supports this mission by connecting campus and community to support learning, collaboration and partnerships. The Innovation Incubator [IN] is a University Outreach program that helps students and community members who are starting businesses and non-profits. Clients are invited to use the Incubator’s co-working and meeting space, Wi-Fi, workshops, business model planning assistance, mentoring, coaching and referrals, with access to the Flint area’s entrepreneurial support network.
