Open House and Public Hearing on Final Draft Zoning Ordinance

After more than thirty-two months of rigorous work and public engagement, the Flint Planning Commission has concluded its review of the draft new zoning code and is moving forward with the adoption process. The Commission will host a special meeting on Tuesday, August 30 at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers located at Flint City Hall. Prior to the public hearing, the City of Flint Planning Staff will be hosting an open house from 4 to 6 p.m. in the Flint City Council Chambers.

Copies of the draft new zoning code are located at the Flint Public Library, the City of Flint Clerk’s office, and at the City of Flint Planning Office.
